Join Spokane Nordic or Renew your membership.
Complete this form, one for each child who is registering for Transition Team or Racing Team
Complete the Financial Aid Application if applicable. See the Document link in the top instructions of the Ski Teams page.
Print and complete the Liability and Medical Release Form linked on the Ski Teams page.
Mail payment and the the Liability and Medical Release Form, along with the Financial Aid Application (if applicable) to Spokane Nordic, PO Box 501, Spokane, WA 99210.
