Medical Information

I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or us in case of injury or if medical attention otherwise becomes necessary.

Nordic Kids is run entirely by caregiver volunteers.

Nordic Kids thrives on the energetic support of the caregivers -- without your involvement, this program would simply not exist. Participation from at least one adult from every family is desired and helps keep our lesson costs low. Participation by caregivers, grandparents, etc. is encouraged! Helping out on the snow is a lot of fun and grown-ups also receive pointers from our ski Instructors.

  • You don’t need prior coaching experience—just a willingness to learn and have fun! We’ll provide in-person “coach the coach” opportunities before the season begins, so you’ll feel confident and supported every step of the way.

  • On-Snow Helpers will assist the lead coach, carry snacks, supplies, etc.

  • Helpers provide snacks, patrolling the lodge area, assisting kids who have returned early, and cleaning up.
